For products damaged in transit, notify us immediately. Although food products are not returnable for credit, if there is a quality issue with one of our products, we are happy to replace it free of charge. Returned orders must be in asshipped, un-opened condition less a 20% restocking fee and less shipping and handling charges. All cancellations must be made in writing. Any costs that have occurred are the responsibility of the Distributor and will be invoiced.
No cancellations will be accepted less than thirty days from ship date.
