Normal production for blank items is 5-10 working days from receipt of complete order. Normal production for imprinted items is 7-21 working days from receipt of completed order. All orders will be confirmed.

All elements of the order must be received by Great Moods before production can be scheduled. This includes artwork, ship to address(es), final count, inserts, customer provided gift cards, and approved credit, ship method and billing information. Orders will be billed at the higher quantity, from the purchase order or from the addresses provided.
